Will I have to send ID when I make a withdrawal?

As a fully licensed online casino we are required by law to ask for ID from our players. This is to ensure that your winnings are protected from illegitimate withdrawals and allows us to comply with relevant guidelines. These might include photo ID such as your driving licence front and back of ID card or passport, along with proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement. Depending on the way you deposit we may also ask you to verify your bank accounts, or ask for proof of a paid bill if you deposited by phone bill. When we have received and approved your ID your withdrawal will be processed. It’s quick and easy to supply any requested information. 

The documents required for validation can be uploaded directly to the player account, from the Menu – Account Details – Account Validation section. In the newly opened page you will be able to press the Upload documents button and upload the requested documents.
