What do I need to do if I change my phone number?

In the situation where you want to change the phone number associated with the account, you only have to contact us via the Contact  button or Live Chat feature with a detail of the situation, in which you confirm the phone number associated with the account at this moment  and the new phone number, with which you want to change.

It is necessary to attach a photo of an identity document to the request. Your request will be processed as soon as possible, watch your phone as you will receive a confirmation as soon as the desired changes have been successfully made.

Once changed, the phone number will need to be verified by entering the code or accessing the verification link received by phone.

Please do not create a subsequent Sport.com account when you have a new number without first contacting our customer support team, to do so will be a breach of our terms and conditions and could cause removal of funds, bonuses, and withdrawals from ineligible secondary accounts.
