How do I self-exclude?

At we take responsible gaming very seriously.

If you believe you can no longer gamble safely and you need to stop, we provide a voluntary self-exclusion option.

If you decide to proceed with the self-exclusion process, your account will be locked for a period of time, chosen by you for a minimum period of 6 months, up to 5 years.  Please contact our support service via the Contact Form or our Live Chat feature with the details of your account and the period that you wish the self-exclusion to apply to. If no period is stated, we will exclude you for the minimum period of 6 months.
